Disputes and manual review
If a supported deal reaches a serious problem, the allowed participant can open a dispute and the case moves into manual platform review.
When dispute is appropriate
- The seller did not deliver the item, did not transfer the asset or marked completion incorrectly.
- The delivered item, shipment data or transferred asset does not match what was agreed in the deal flow.
- The other side stopped responding during a required deal step and the case cannot move forward safely.
What manual review can lead to
- Return protected funds to the buyer if the seller did not complete the required step correctly.
- Release the protected amount to the seller if the platform confirms that the seller completed the required delivery or transfer correctly.
- Cancel the deal when the transaction cannot be completed safely under the platform rules.
