How support is used on the platform
Support is the main contact channel for platform issues, listing problems, balance questions, deal-stage confusion and cases that may need manual review.
If your case is already connected to a deal or dispute, include the public ID, describe the current stage clearly and explain what result you expect.
- Include the listing, deal or dispute public ID when you have one.
- Explain what already happened and which step is currently blocked.
- Add wallet, shipping or transaction details only when they are relevant to the case.
